TRAINING & NUTRITION

FitzPT offers one to one training, one to two training for couples or friends that wish to train together, nutrition advice and much more to people in and around the beautiful county of North Dorset.  Do you need a change of lifestyle, feeling overweight, unfit or just need a new focus in life?  Then I offer friendly personal treatment, with training outside, in a gym or the comfort of your own home.

 

I will help you build new routines and habits for a healthier, fitter and more confident new you.

 

 

GP exercise referral:


Medical studies have proven that exercise and being physically active can not only prevent disease but also help people to better manage the symptoms of many medical conditions. I recently completed a GP exercise referral for health management course, this qualification outlined how best to prescribe exercise for individuals dealing with conditions such as heart disease, pulmonary disease, diabetes, arthritis, mental health disorders and obesity.

 

If you would like an exercise program which focuses on alleviating the symptoms of any of the above please let me know. I'm happy to work in conjunction with your local GP or Health Practitioner to help you be healthier and achieve a better quality of life.

PERSONAL TRAINING

 

 

Free consultation for every client, health and lifestyle analysed, body fat, blood pressure and posture assessed, to enable me to create a bespoke training programme, based on your goals and abilities.

 

Circuits based sessions, using various equipment, including Kettlebells, Bulgarian Bag, boxing, resistance bands, suspension training and bodyweight exercises, to create a full body workout that is fun and effective.

 

If you like to walk, run, cycle or swim, I will endeavour to include exercises that you will enjoy and will help you improve.

 

NUTRITION

 

 

Nutrition for fat loss or sport, I will assess your needs and help make small changes to your nutrition that could make the difference to your weight loss journey or help you make better gains in your choosen sport.

 

Food habits can often be emotional and together we will help build new routines and habits to help you towards your goals.
